Treat for Club members that attended the Christmas Party!

I couldn't wait to give all of the girls their after dinner mints!  This is the purse from CTMH's Artiste cartridge, page 32.  I cut it at 2.5", added a mustache (tweaked the size with the Gypsy), the face is 1/2 of a 2" circle.  The hat is the top third of the purse stamped with a background stamp.  I added a triangle to look like the top of the hat folded down.  The holly leaves and nose are punches, the bow is tied to the bell and then glue dotted on.  Little bit of chalk on the cheeks and top of the nose.  Two Andes mints fit perfect inside!
